Teaching covers the fundamentals of boxing, with an emphasis on respect, self-control and progress. Groups are organised for children and teenagers.
The timetable distinguishes ages 8–12 and 13–17. Contact arrangements and equipment requirements should be confirmed with the teacher before your trial.
