Two complementary approaches

A practice that suits you.

Classes combine movement, awareness and breath. Discover two approaches, then choose the one that best suits you.

Hatha Yoga

A traditional practice combining postures, breathing exercises and concentration. Take time to explore grounding, balance and mobility while listening to your body.

The timetable distinguishes Hatha and Hatha Flow sessions: Sarah can help you choose your first class.

Yin Yoga

A slower, more meditative approach, with postures held for longer. It invites you to slow down, release tension and observe your breath.

A different pace, complementing Hatha, to give yourself a moment of calm.

Periods of pranayama (conscious breathing) and yoga nidra (guided relaxation) complete the teaching.
